For the 22nd edition of Palazzi Aperti, the Mart is offering three free workshops in Rovereto devoted to Fortunato Depero’s art, tactile exploration and accessibility. The activities will take place on 6 and 13 September at Casa d’Arte Futurista Depero and the Mart.
On 6 September at 10 a.m., Casa Depero will host “Mi sento Fortunato”, a journey through Depero’s art and life using a special deck of cards. The activity is intended for children aged 4 to 10.
On 13 September at 10 a.m., also at Casa Depero, “La città futurista” will use a game made with modular wooden shapes to introduce participants to the artist’s work. The workshop is also suitable for blind and visually impaired children.
On 13 September at 10.30 a.m., “TOUCH! Vedere con le mani” in the Mart’s education area invites participants to explore the sense of touch through materials and objects from the collections, without using sight. The activity is also suitable for blind and visually impaired people.
The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Rovereto, with a focus on accessibility and inclusion. The activities are free but require booking.
