Sounds and Flavours in the Olive Grove in Limone

Sounds and Flavours in the Olive Grove returns to Limone sul Garda on Sunday 6 September from 6 pm. The food and wine walk leads through the olive grove and the lanes of the upper part of town. The event celebrates the flavours and traditions of Lake Garda with eleven tasting stops, offering local specialities such as lake-fish meatballs, Garda-style trout, bruschetta, olive pâté, Limone-style picanha, “cunsa” polenta, local cheeses with lemon mostarda and traditional desserts. The dishes will be accompanied by Garda DOC wine and classical, folk and jazz music performed by local and international bands.

The walk starts and ends at Parco Villa Boghi, where tickets will be available for 30 euros. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event from 3 pm, while places last. The event combines food, music and the promotion of the area’s traditional recipes, passed down from generation to generation.
