Halfbike World Gathering 2027: international meeting comes to Garda Trentino

The Halfbike World Gathering 2027 will take place from May 7 to 9, 2027, in Arco, Riva del Garda and Torbole, bringing enthusiasts of the distinctive stand-up bicycle to Garda Trentino.
The Halfbike World Gathering 2027 will be held from May 7 to 9, 2027, across Arco, Riva del Garda and Torbole. The event will bring enthusiasts of the distinctive bicycle ridden while standing to Garda Trentino, the northern area of Lake Garda in Trentino. Italy and the Trentino region were officially selected after the national gathering held at the beginning of the year and the community’s international meeting in Berlin.
The area’s roads and routes will provide the setting for three days dedicated to sharing, outdoor activities and discovering the landscape. The programme is still being developed, but the gathering has been presented as an event combining sport, nature and conviviality.
The choice of the area is also linked to the network of cycle paths and scenic routes that characterise the Busa. Arco, Riva del Garda and Torbole will therefore serve as the gathering’s main logistical base, with activities spread across the area between the lake and the mountains.
The organisers are Roberto Pederzolli and Mauro Festini Mira, Halfbike Italia’s official Ambassadors. After the Berlin event planned for 2026, the international community chose Garda Trentino for the following world gathering, recognising the area’s particular suitability for sustainable tourism and innovative forms of cycling mobility.
The Halfbike is a compact, saddle-free three-wheeled vehicle that requires riders to remain upright. The gathering will bring together participants from several countries to share experiences and routes with this vehicle.
The organisers will finalise the logistical details and complete programme in the coming months through the official GardaHalfbike and Halfbike Italia channels.
