Sirmione Servizi 2026 invests in technology, safety and public services

Sirmione Servizi 2026 is based on the budget that sole director Valentina Raimondi presented to the municipal council on 20 July, together with the 2025 financial statements. The company, which has revenues of €6.7 million, around 70 employees and 15 areas of activity, outlined in Sirmione the results achieved and the priorities for developing its services over the coming year.

In 2025, urban sanitation services continued to be strengthened through the consolidation of separate waste collection, the expansion of the waste collection centre and the development of the Reuse Island, designed to support the circular economy. Operational work was accompanied by information campaigns and awareness initiatives aimed at residents, associations and business sectors.

The financial statements also highlight the work carried out to support employees. Through OneLab, guidance programmes, internships and projects for young people, Sirmione Servizi focused on creating new skills and opportunities. Councillor Elena Boschi described the company as the municipality’s operational arm in managing essential services, with attention to the environment, health and employee safety.

The budget provides for €996,212 in investments to strengthen safety, digitalisation, sustainable mobility and working conditions. In particular, €190,000 will be allocated to video-surveillance systems.

The plans also include continuing the development of new digital tools to simplify relations with residents and businesses, expanding the Grifo Parking service and consolidating urban sanitation activities.

In 2025, the technological infrastructure was also reinforced by merging the data processing centre of the municipality and Sirmione Servizi and by creating a new server room. The measures aim to improve security and operational continuity and to increase the capacity to develop digital services.
